We do not store credit card information after your order has processed, and the numbers are automatically erased from our store records - they cannot be retrieved.

Whimsy Woods does not offer newsletters, memberships or print catalogs. We do not ask customers to open an account, register or 'sign in' in order to shop with us. (There's no secret handshake either, sorry.) Because a very significant portion of our sales are repeat customers, we will send notice of any changes to our address or contact information - that happens once or twice a decade. In nearly 15 years online we have never engaged in mass market or bulk mail advertising.
